Right to Cancel for consumers

According to art. 13 BGB (German Civil Code) consumers are entitled to cancel contracts in accordance with the following conditions:

They are entitled to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving grounds. The term for cancellation begins on the day on which you or a third party nominated by you - other than the forwarding agent - has received the last shipment of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation you have to send a written declaration to

stating clearly your decision to cancel the contract; this has to be sent e.g. by first class mail or e-mail. You may use the enclosed cancellation sample, however, you are not obliged to use it.

The declaration will be considered to be on time if you sent it before the term for cancellation expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

In case you cancel the contract, we have to return to you any monies we received from you, including shipping costs, immediately but not later than fourteen days after the day on which we received your declaration of cancellation of the contract. Exempted from this compulsory reimbursement will be any costs that arose by your choosing another way of delivery than our standard, most favourable, way of shipping.

You will receive the reimbursement in the same currency in which you made your payment unless we have expressly agreed with you to use another currency. In no case will we charge you any fee for making the reimbursement.

We are entitled to postpone the reimbursement until we received the goods returned by you or until you provided proof that you returned the goods, depending on which happens first.

You have to return the goods immediately, but not later than fourteen days after you informed us about your decision to cancel the contract. The goods will be considered to have been returned on time if they have been shipped within the period of fourteen days.

You will have to bear the shipping costs for returning goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functionality of the goods. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. The packaging of collector figures is part of the goods. If damage occurs here, you will be charged for the loss in value.

Additional information on the return

Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage due to defective packaging.

Please note that the modalities mentioned in the "Supplementary information on returns" section are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
